How do you ensure the quality of the wine during shipping?

We use specialized, temperature-controlled packaging and shock-resistant inserts to ensure every bottle arrives in pristine condition, regardless of the distance.

Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?

Yes. By law, all alcohol deliveries require an adult signature (21+ in the US, or legal drinking age in your region). A valid government-issued ID must be presented to the courier.

What is your return policy for corked or damaged bottles?

If you receive a bottle that is corked or damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund or a replacement bottle at no additional cost.

Where does Mr.D Wine ship to?

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
