The 2023 Chablis Bougros Les Bouguerots Grand Cru has a clean, conservative bouquet with crushed rock and malic scents. This will clearly require some time in bottle. The palate is fresh and tensile, with notes of apricot and nectarine. This has crisp acidity and a very cohesive, persistent finish. It does not quite have the complexity of the Blanchot this year, but it is still a well-crafted Chablis Grand Cru.
