The vines here have an average age of 40 years, resulting in smaller yields of grapes – but with incredibly concentrated flavours. Expect complex notes of menthol and red berries, with hints of cedar and liquorice. Its smooth tannins and pronounced flavours make it an ideal pairing for fillet steak.
