The Story
Beautiful single vintage Champagne from a very ripe year. Delicate and lightly oxidative nose of white flowers, brioche, dried red fruits, spice and iodine. On the palate it is creamy, concentrated but bone-dry, with an almost grainy minerality. Late-picked grapes and long aging sur lattes give volume and richness, all balanced by beautiful linear acidity.
