The Story
From numerous clay and limestone hilltops in Les Loges, specifically La Cote and Les Griottes, these Sauvignon Blanc vines average 20 years in vine age, and were fermented and aged in tank, on lees. Bright and brisk with lemon verbena, prickly pear, tangerine, guava and white grapefruit, this buzzes along a fuller palate, finishing with a raft of broken stones. Quite a potent wine, primed for drinking now.
