The Story
Intense violet color at sight. Aromatically, it is expressive and complex, the result of the perfect combination of vines from the Agrelo and Ugarteche terroirs. On the nose, notes of spices, eucalyptus and red peppers emerge; cherry notes also appear that continue with a slight vegetable edge. On the palate, its attack is soft with a great aromatic intensity of menthol, herbs, grass and cherry. Ideal for pairing roasted vegetables and red meats of medium texture, pork or duck.
