This Vinotheque filling, which is available exclusively in magnums, for a proud 21! Allowed to mature on the lees for years, is a Rosé d'Assemblage, which is composed of Chardonnay and white-pressed Pinot Noir, to which around 12-15% Pinot Noir is added as a red wine. The basis is the 2000 vintage, with a small portion of older reserve wines from the barrel. Shows a wonderful balance of subtle freshness reminiscent of citrus fruits, red berry notes and fine, subtle ripeness, yeast and biscuit tones, underlined with a delicate, mineral salt touch in the long finale.
