The Story
If all orange wines tasted this good we would carry three dozen different brands. A blend of 40% Pink Moscatel, 40% Torantel, and 20% País, which spends 60 days on skins and is aged in Chilean Rauli (type of tree) foudres. The 200 year-old vines, plus the process, give us a showy wine with tangerine, tropical fruits, plantains, aromatic white flowers, and little to no VA. Creamy, clean, and lightly viscous with medium tannins and a beautiful natural acidity.
